• The hosting provider receives technical data needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address and request data.
• Your language preference, stored locally in your browser.

The initial check runs in your browser and does not send PROA your answers or result.

How we use it

• Respond to communications and coordinate meetings.
• Operate, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Providers and transfers

The hosting provider delivers the site. Calendly processes information you provide when you choose to open its page and schedule. Each provider operates under its own terms and notices.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, to meet applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. The period may vary based on the type of information and our relationship with you.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent directly to PROA by writing from the same address used to privacy@proaadvisory.com. We may request reasonable information to verify the request. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
