How we work with your business
From the pending decision to the work that supports it.
We start with what your business needs to resolve. We bring together the information and context to compare options; you decide. If the work includes implementation, we also establish how to put it into practice and follow what happens.
Understand what is at stake.
We identify the decision, the deadline, and the constraints. Your team provides financial information and explains how the business operates. The starting point is clear: what we know, what is missing, and what we need to verify.
Compare options.
We prepare the analysis the question requires. We make assumptions visible and compare what changes in cash, margins, resources, or repayment capacity. The model supports a discussion of alternatives, rather than presenting a number without context.
Define the course of action.
You decide. We examine with you the conditions for moving forward, the resources you would need, and the changes that would justify reconsideration. PROA’s responsibilities and your team’s responsibilities are explicit.
Implement and review.
For implementation work, we establish information sources, controls, responsibilities, and a review schedule. We compare what happened with what was expected and review what needs to change. Documentation and knowledge transfer allow your team to keep using what was prepared.
Clear scope before we begin.
The scope distinguishes a focused analysis from work that includes implementation or recurring support. Deliverables, participants, timing, and continuity are defined before we begin.
What we need from your team
The numbers tell part of the story. You know the context.
Depending on the work, we will need relevant financial information, people who know the processes, and time to validate assumptions with the decision-maker.
You don’t need to prepare a file of documents.
For the first conversation, explaining the situation is enough. Documents, access, and time commitments are agreed afterward.
What do you need to decide, and by when?
Tell us what is ahead of you, what information you have, and what is at stake. The first conversation helps assess whether PROA can contribute and whether it makes sense to work together.
