Preparing to raise capital
Organize the use of funds, scenarios, and repayment capacity before seeking financing or committing to an investment.

Programs with institutions
When the businesses you serve need capital or want to expand, financial information may not be enough to evaluate the next step. PROA brings financial leadership and implementation to work with those businesses on their scenarios, decisions, and how to follow up.
Where we can help your participants
Organize the use of funds, scenarios, and repayment capacity before seeking financing or committing to an investment.
Assess whether cash, operations, and the team can support the planned growth.
Connect cash flow, margins, and reports with the people responsible for reviewing changes and following up.
Examine information, scenarios, and risks before a sale, acquisition, or other capital commitment.
What your institution adds
A business seeking financing needs to explain the use of funds, its assumptions, and how it expects to repay. A business that wants to grow needs to connect that expansion with cash, operations, and responsibilities. PROA works through these questions with participants and defines with you what work will be done and how to review progress.
How the relationship is structured →Working with your institution
The institution and PROA define which businesses to serve, what they need to resolve, and what the program will include.
We agree on outreach, service delivery, the information needed, and responsibilities. PROA works with the businesses within the defined scope.
We review the work completed and the difficulties encountered against the agreed criteria to decide whether to adjust, continue, or expand the program.
Before we begin, we define the evidence that will allow us to review the program: information completed, scenarios examined, or follow-up practices established. The information your institution receives and the necessary permissions are explicitly defined.
Tell us which businesses you serve, what decision or difficulty they share, and what you would need to observe to justify the program.
